REFUNDS & RETURNS
How you look and feel in an Yvonne Bennetti garment is of the highest importance, so if for any reason the sizing or the look is not what you expected we will gladly offer you a store credit for the garment or exchange it for another piece. Below are our conditions:
- Within 10 days of purchase if you are not happy for any reason we will gladly exchange, or issue store credit.
- When returning the garment, you must provide a ‘proof of purchase’, which could be a tax invoice or credit or bank card statement.
- Return shipping cost is not covered by Yvonne Bennetti.
- When returning either bring into our boutique or use a Tracked shipping service.
- Garments returned must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Garment tags must be attached to the garment and in original condition.
- All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wearing. If returning shoes they must be placed in the original undamaged shoe box.
- To get the perfect fit we have Size Guide to cross reference our sizing by country and by standard body measurements. If you have any questions or would like a bespoke fitting service please Contact Us.
- No refunds.
If you notice a garment is faulty, please notify us immediately
- Repair or replace where applicable.
- If we are unable to replace or repair your garment we will issue you a store credit or refund you the price of the garment.
- We will not replace or repair garments that are a result of wear and tear.
- Re-package your garment.

- Always select a trackable shipping method.
- Once received we will process your return as quickly as possible.
- Please allow up to 10 days for us to process the return or refund and the funds to appear in your account.
- We will keep you updated via email of the process along the way.
